Privacy Policy — Consulting

This page explains how TRAJECT AI (the consulting practice operating from consulting.traject-ai.in) handles personal data you submit while engaging with us about custom AI engineering, voice AI, or workflow automation work.

If you are looking for the privacy policy of our self-serve SaaS product (the AI agent marketplace at traject-ai.in/privacy), it lives on the main site — that policy covers end-customer chat sessions, knowledge-base storage, and SaaS sub-processors (Google Vertex AI, Razorpay, Meta WhatsApp, Gupshup) that do not apply here.

1. What we collect on this site

  • Contact form submissions. Name, email, company (optional), phone (optional), and the message you typed. Submitted only when you click the form's submit button.
  • Demo booking details. When you book a discovery call, we capture name, email, timezone, and the slot you picked via Cal.com.
  • Standard server logs. IP address, user agent, page paths, and timestamps — the usual data the hosting platform records for every request. Retained ≤ 30 days for abuse / debugging.
  • Cookies. Only essential session cookies. We do not run third-party advertising cookies, fingerprinting libraries, or analytics beacons on this site.

2. Why we collect it

  • To respond to your inquiry and run the consulting sales conversation.
  • To schedule and remind you of a demo or discovery call.
  • To debug operational issues with the site.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data, and we do not use it to train any AI model.

3. Sub-processors

  • Google Cloud (Firebase / Cloud Run). Hosting + form-data storage. Region: us-central1.
  • Cal.com. Demo booking calendar and reminders.
  • Google Workspace (Gmail). Outbound notification email to our team.

4. Retention

Contact submissions and demo bookings are retained for as long as the engagement is active and for up to 24 months after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

5. Your rights

You can ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email consulting@traject-ai.in and we will respond within 30 days.
