Terms of Service — Consulting

These terms apply to engagements between you (the client) and TRAJECT AI (the consulting practice) for custom AI engineering, voice AI, and workflow automation work conducted outside the self-serve SaaS product.
For the SaaS product's subscription terms (the AI agent marketplace at traject-ai.in), see traject-ai.in/terms — those govern monthly subscriptions, agent caps, billing, and refund policy and do not apply to a consulting engagement.
1. Engagement structure
Every consulting engagement is governed by a written Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties. The SOW defines scope, deliverables, milestones, fees, payment schedule, IP assignment, acceptance criteria, and exit terms. These public terms supplement the SOW; the SOW controls if there is conflict.
2. Use of this website
- The contact form and demo booking flow are for sincere business inquiries. We reserve the right to ignore or block submissions that are automated, abusive, or off-topic.
- Information on this site is for general guidance only. Nothing here is a binding offer, a quote, or professional advice for your specific situation.
3. Confidentiality
Information you share during a discovery call or proposal phase is held in confidence. We will not share it with third parties without your written permission, except as required by law.
4. Intellectual property
IP arising from a paid engagement is assigned to the client per the SOW. We retain rights to general know-how, methodologies, and reusable infrastructure components developed across engagements unless the SOW says otherwise.
5. Liability
Liability for any claim arising from this website or a pre-contract conversation is capped at fees paid for the relevant engagement (if any). For active engagements, the SOW's liability terms control.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Engagement-specific governing law (if different) will be set in the SOW.
